COURSE INFORMATION:

Are you aware that every Nevada licensed educator hired since 2015 is required to take a three-credit Family and Community Engagement Course? Even if this is not a specific requirement you need for your license, did you know our course is an inexpensive class you can take for license renewal?

Support professionals can also take this course for college credit to learn strategies to work with students and families. This is especially beneficial to support professionals who work directly with students and parents, and also those that are moving toward a teaching license. This class will remove the provision from your future Nevada license so you won’t need to take the course later! Everyone taking the course will learn the best strategies to connect with students and families! All are welcome!

In partnership with Southern Utah University (SUU), The Nevada Association of School Administrators (NASA) is offering a more affordable virtual Family and Community Engagement Course for Nevada Endorsement for the required three (3) credits (that's 45 recertification hours AND 15 CUs in the Clark County School District)! Not only is this course fully approved by SUU, but also the Nevada Department of Education

CLICKHERE FOR INFORMATION.

You can remove this provision on your license, take the course for license renewal and learn from two outstanding educators – Dr. Beverly Mathis, and Dr. Vincent L. Richardson, both of whom have served in multiple positions in their service to children and have years of experience in regard to this most critical topic.
