Workshop Description:

In this session, I am working with educators & leaders to be better:  more confident, happier, more intentional, and focused in their actions, and looking at the bigger picture, the journey of education.

We'll dive into the following topics:

The power & impact of storytelling. Building amazing partnerships with stakeholders. Creating Schools that kids want to attend. Carrying the banner for your school and community. Support, support, support: supporting yourself & your team through the grind of the school year and beyond. Successful vs. Significant

If we do a better job at these things, kids will enjoy the adults more and enjoy school more.  When they enjoy school more, they'll do better in school.  A kid is not going to do better in math JUST because they understand it.  They are going to do better in math & their subjects because they like the teacher..who is happy and working hard at their job because they feel supported...

As I share on this podcast, it is never just one thing, it is a bunch of good things moving in a positive direction.
